2020 Regency gas insert. Fits fireplace openings minimum 35 3/4 wide x 25 1/2 high x 25 1/2 deep. Glass face is 30" wide x 14 3/4 high. Heat output is 38,000 btu/hr using natural gas. To use propane, a conversion kit would need to be installed. Has fan and remote control. Comes with Owner and Installation manual. Have a warm fire with the push of a button.
