Craftsman 6300 watt 120/240 volt generator. Not sure how old it is. I have had it 7 years or so. Last 2 years it has been lounging in my storage area. I have upgraded to 10 K generator. It has 12vdc starter, but the buttons and wiring were gone when I got it. I just put my own battery beside it, rig jumpers to ground casing, and positive to that red wire I marked. That makes the starter turn it over. Choke is also marked same picture. I ran my house lights and plugs, 2 kitchen microwaves, toasters, etc. We used to have a lot of power outages. Avista is doing much better. I just ran it after sitting for about 2 years. I can run it for you, put my air compressor on it or something.
