I've had this 7.5' Twinkly brand Carolina Spruce (I believe is the tree type they called it) pre-lit LED tree for a few years. Our kids love it but I now have a little bigger space and so it is time for this smaller tree to move on. It is stored in the garage between seasons in its box. Our home is smoke free. The LED lights plug into the wall and then the tree "trunk" has connectors which power each section; it is very easy to put together and take down. The LED lights have several modes that can be adjusted with the click of a button but they can also do many, many more modes/customizations if you use the Twinkly app.
