Like new had for a few weeks, cats won't use the wheel, one cat slept on the wheel twice, other has climbed up the stairs and chilled on top and slept in the hidey hut but neither have touched it in 2 weeks so time for it to go so I can get space back in my living room. Food and water bowls never used.

Approximately 3.5 feet tall x 3.5 feet wide x 1.5 feet deep, would need a truck or trailer, possibly a van/SUV with seats down to pick up. Will not fit in a standard size car trunk or backseat. Not super heavy (40 or so lbs) but awkward so will want a second person to help carry.

Paid just over $200 and had to assemble it, our loss, your gain, a steal at $120 assembled!
