These insert to the base plates mounted to your vehicle, when towing and removable were not towing
Originally designed for a combination kit for a 2004 PT cruiser but I am told there are similar turn lock base plates these may fit into
1 1/2” solid steel round shaft
Keyed on end for twist lock
Someone with even minimal fabrication skills could potentially custom fit these for other applications as well
