In excellent and perfect running condition.
This has low operational Hours, due to, we use our pellet stove for heating in the Winter time as Primary Heating, So the heat pump side is used very, very little, but the A/C side was used, when we had extremely hot days only.
This unit was Professionally removed and refrigerant was captured back to the heat pump.
I would compare total hrs of used, to about 2yrs of full time use out of the 6 yrs.
Comes with air handler also,which mount inside on most all furnaces.
This, does not include copper lines, just the 2 units only.
