Used, but in Good condition. Pictured are the flaws, which is a few small tears and some pillow damage.

This couch is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. We had it custom built for our previous home, and unfortunately it doesn't fit the way we want it to in our current home. Short side measures 105" and long side is 131". No pets have been on the couch, nothing gross. It's only had about 6 months of use on it as it's been sitting in our spare room for the past few years. We originally paid $2,600 for the couch.
