Bought from Max&Lily for over $600 just a couple of years ago. Teenager wants different bed now, but this accomodates little kids to growing teens. I believe up to 400lbs (200lbs on ladder). Great condition, just a few nicks and bumps from wear and tear. No box spring required. Desk must be attached, cannot be used as a standalone feature. Guardrails safely fit a normal twin size mattress. Reversible, can be assembled either left or right hand side. Perfect lounge area in under bed space. Desk is perfect area to do homework. Three spacious shelves on bookshelf. Made from solid New Zealand pine wood. GREENGUARD Gold Certified with a clean finish, contributing to a healthy indoor environment.

If you disassemble I will take $25 off. Pick up only. Will not deliver.
