I've had this couch for quite a few years but for the longest time nobody used it. The couch is in really nice shape all of the covers you can take off and you can wash all the covers on the couch which I did so everything is clean ready for a new home. Now the only problem I would say that the longer side with the seating needs to have a board under it just to keep it firm but it is very comfortable with the board under it and I actually will provide the board I will keep it under there for you there's no issues at all if you have the board under there it's like a perfectly good nice solid couch that's the only downfall is it was droopy unless you have the board. Other than that the couch is very comfortable, I'm just ready to get something new. Comes from a smoke-free home I do have a cat but like I said i washed all the covers there will be no pet hair I will make sure it's vacuumed. you have to haul it. I do live on the first floor and there's a big patio sliding door that you can go out of so it's easy one shot right out the living room. I'll let you use my parking spot which is right in front of my patio door so it'll take a couple people but it's a really easy move. I live off the Pines exit near the 7-Eleven and if this ad is up then I still have the couch.
