Vet aged 12-14 year old GRADE cremello quarter pony gelding.
About 13.1 or 13.2. I havent sticked him.
Broke for intermediate rider, he will test you when you get on.
He did try a couple pathetic bucks with me once,and had done it once with his previous owners.
but if you pull him out of he he stops immediately. He does not break in half, or try to make it to the NFR qualifiers. Its pathetic.
LOTS of kicking to make him walk sometimes. I have not tried spurs on him.
He hasent been ridden hardly at all the last year, so a few weeks of rides could solve his naughty behavior.
Rides in a side pull or snaffle, probably a halter but i have not tried yet. Plow reins, no neck reigning. Not fancy broke. Point and go type. Stops great with gentle asking.
Had his teeth done and sheath cleaned last month.
Usually easy to catch, good ground manners. picks up feet and ok for trims. Stands tied all day quietly. Tacks up quiet. Not cinchy. Stands for mounting. Not spooky. Loads and unloads good.
Very mellow temperment. Only personable if you have treats. Otherwise he will usually ignore you. Easy keeper and sound. PPE welcome
Gets along in a mixed herd. Loves to anagonize sassy mares....... but not mean.
