It's always noon or raining when I need pics!! LOL ;()
Bea Demands is a 16.2h daughter of Kentucky Derby Winner, "Grindstone." This exquisite, "super model" type mare is black bay, very sweet to her people and great ground manners. She has had 3 really awesome, tall colts. She has not had a foal for the past 2 years, and is open and ready for the breeding season.
When the quality of your foal matters, you better find the best possible broodmare! This gorgeous mare is the perfect mare if you breed racehorses. If you breed sporthorses, she would be an awesome cross to warmbloods too!
Few TB mares are as elegant and as gorgeous as Bea. My pics are terrible, and she is way prettier in person. She is also an easy keeper if you feed her alfalfa. She is broodmare sound only, as she has a chip in her knee. She could be a good candidate for bone chip removal surgery and would have high liklihood of being sound for riding again, as that bone chip doesn't make her limp and she rips around the pasture full speed with no problem. I don't have the money for that surgery, but it might be a possibility for someone else- no guarantee though- just an idea as horses that get that surgery do go on to have full careers.
I can deliver her for the cost of gas with 200 miles.
This is the top notch broodmare that the discriminating breeder is looking for! $5,500 cash, and that's a good deal for a mare like her.
