Are you a horse trainer with established clients that needs a place to train out of? We are a quiet 40 acre farm with access to thousands of acres of mountains for trail training, and we have room for as many horses as you have time for. We don't have an indoor arena, but we have a 300x 100 outdoor arena, 50' roundpen, open stalls, panel pens, paddocks, pastures, 2 ponds, a creek, a big hill for training, and basically every kind of terrain that is perfect for training horses for a wide variety of disciplines. You would have our farm to yourself, (besides us,the owners, and our own horses) and there are no other people coming in or out of our farm.

You will need to have your own insurance and your clients will have to sign a no fault agreement. Our rates are low, so you can pass your savings on to your clients. $200 per horse with self care and your own feed, or a flat fee of $1,500 per month.

You can also live here on our property if you have your own travel trailer or RV. If you lived here, that fee would be $300 per month. You can bring your own horses and pets as well to live here for $75 per horse per month.
