12 year old OTTB. This guy is a really neat horse. Built right and sound. He had a very successful career on the track and is ready to find his person. He is the kind that really wants to connect with you. He is smart and kind and a beautiful mover.
We have re-started him off the track and he has been ridden in the mountains and some basic arena stuff. He is great on his feet and handles himself very well in steep, rough, slick terrain. He moves through his gates nicely, side passes, backs up, neck reins, and walks out nicely on the trail. Loads, bathes, ties, good for farrier, and gets along well with other horses. I have ponied horses off of him as well. I would love to see him go to someone that wants to do some trail riding and low level dressage, eventing, or something along those lines. He can be a bit of a spook (nothing crazy, just likes to shop for a spook sometimes), so best not a beginner horse, but he’s really a fun guy to be on. He has a current coggins, current on feet and dewormer.
