Rain is an 8 year old grade paint horse mare, she seems to be mixed with a hair breed of some sort because she has hair for days! She has had a long time off from being handled but is coming around super fast. She was previously used as a broodmare. She has foaled 4 times before, I was told. She loaded pretty easily for us loose, and did well being led in. She leads ok but is still very nervous being around people. She let me brush her hair out and once I was with her for a while she settled down. She is still a “feral” project but will do anything for grain, and will take food from your hand. Willing to follow wherever you ask for grain ect. She is in dire need of farrier work and we are currently trying to get her comfortable being handled to do that. She would be a gorgeous broodmare to add to your herd or with time the most beautiful personal horse. Will continue to work with her as best as possible until sold. She has received the 5 way vaccine and a dewormer but I recommend doing the wormer again in a few weeks. Walks Sound and has no maintenance other than needing feet done.
