2 year old grass fed, grass finished heifers are being butchered in June, meat should be ready for pickup in July. Just in time for bbq season.
Heifers are smaller at butcher time, making them more affordable. Their bodies are packing on the pounds right now in preparation for their first breeding season (which would be in September if they weren't harvested) which also makes them wonderful eating! Grass fed, grass finished on unsprayed pasture.
Packaged at Superior Meats.
$500 deposit. $550 balance payment. $1050 total, average 70lbs packaged meat. Vacuum sealed.
