Nice Kawasaki V-twin motor, says 19HP on it. Heavy flywheel. 4" is about the biggest you want to chip with it.
I've always done electric start off a jump box. Haven't tested charging on it.
If someone is interested I'll make sure it's running well.
While you can tow it, it's best to go slow and tow it around your property. I'd load it into a proper trailer if possible.
