8x10 deck over trailer for UTV/ATV/Utility use - $1,500 (spokane valley)

She had a new deck put on it and had it sealed which was about 1/2 the cost she is asking for it.
It was always kept in an old pole barn under cover, tires appear to be in great shape.
They cannot find a title or registartion for it, we cannot find a VIN on it either, her mom thinks a guy in post falls built it for him in the early 80's but it looks professionally built, it was licnesed in Idaho since that is where he farmed.
Will galdley give you a bill of sale or whatever you need.
