It's an older model, but still works perfectly. It has an electric adjustable base for sitting the person upright and also the leg area is adjustable. The handle in the second pic folds out and can raise and lower the height of the base. It has two mattresses, one has a tear in the fabric on the side and the other is in pretty good shape. They are made of waterproof material. I can send a pic of mattresses later if you want, theyre in my attic. I am unable to help load, you will need a second person to move it unless you're super strong.
