Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
• Employee must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a minimum of two professional and one personal reference.
• Must be mentally/physically capable of doing his/her job, which may include working with clients who may be physically challenging and/or aggressive at times.
• Employee must be able to act respectfully and professionally with all clients. Employees must be always treating each client with dignity and respect.
• Must be willing and able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be willing to complete/submit a Washington State Background Check Form with BCCU clearance
• Requirements of the position may change at any time due to the nature of the clients with whom we work and interact.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend written instructions and policies set in place for clients’ positive support.
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED diploma.
