Job Description:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Integrity Supported Living, LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized assistance to our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized support based on Individual Support Plans
- Assisting with personal care, home management, and health maintenance
- Facilitating community activities and recreational pursuits
- Advocating for clients' rights and implementing Positive Behavioral Support strategies
- Encouraging social and interpersonal skill development
- Maintaining professional interactions with families, case managers, and the public
- Transportation and accurate documentation of client plans
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Successful background checks
- WA NAR, HCA, or CNA license
- Completion of 75 hours of training, including CPR, First Aid, Nurse Delegation Certification, and ongoing Training & CE’s
- Ability to support hygiene needs and work across multiple houses
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
