Active, family atmosphere with dogs, serving the needs of 5-6 Female residents with Diverse abilities.
Located in Spokane Valley.
Residents are ambulatory and without high medical needs.
Currently offering:
a unique opportunity to work Sat 8am-Mon 8am
3 weekends a month.
You are Overnight Saturday and Sunday.
You are off the first weekend of every month and every Monday-Fri.
This is an *hourly paid position with compensation for the Sat and Sun overnight.
The O.N is a sleeping shift- it is on Rare occasion that disruption for residents needs during sleeping hours arise.
sleeping hours = 11:00pm-8am.
Avg pay is $800 per weekend/2,400. month before taxes.
*Hourly rate DOE.
Additional hours are avail during staff outings, which occur frequently for trips with the residents.
Ideal candidate will be:
compassionate, positive thinking, self-motivated,
resident focused, comfortable assisting residents with ADL's,
including completing household tasks, (meal prep and general house cleaning),
competent in required paperwork (very minimal) and going on community outings.
Someone who likes to have Fun!
Must love dogs!! They are our secondary residents. :-)
Typical requirements:
Clean driving record and current DL
CPR/First Aid
Food handlers
DDD specialty Certificate
HCA Cert w NAR
Current N-95 fit test or exemption.
Will need to complete 2 step TB and pass Background check upon hire.
Due to the unique shift requirement, 2 years minimum experience preferable.
