Summer Schedule
Monday–Friday
6:00am–12:00pm or 7:00am–1:00pm
What You’ll Do
Support children and teens in daily routines and life skills
Participate in fun and engaging community activities
Encourage growth, independence, and positive behaviors
Document daily activities and administer medications
Help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Requirements
21 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience working with children or developmental care
Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Commitment through August 31, 2025
Physical Requirements
This position requires staff to remain physically engaged throughout the shift and safely respond during emergencies or behavioral situations when needed.
Ability to independently lift/support at least 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stay active for extended periods
Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
