Housing Wanted – Emergency Move-In Needed ASAP (Cheney, WA to Post Falls, ID Area)
52-year-old single woman seeking safe, affordable housing between Cheney, WA and Post Falls, ID. Looking for a studio, 1-bedroom, trailer, or private room to rent. I receive reliable monthly SSI income ($900/month) paid on the 1st of each month.
I may be able to move in immediately if landlord can work with me until the 1st for rent payment. I’m also willing to help clean, organize, yard work, or work off part/all of a deposit if needed.
I have no pets. I do smoke, but only outside.
I’m an artist and creative person who loves music, concerts, art fairs, bartering events, Comic-Con type events, reading, and hiking. I enjoy a calm, respectful, drama-free environment and am easy to get along with. I would prefer to live alone, but would consider the right roommate situation with someone between ages 30–62.
