Me and wife need a place to rent. We have plenty enough income $5000 but we had unfortunate problems happen to us which lowered our FICO score. We are now in good shape and can produce our proof of income. We can pay extra if needed due to lower credit score if needed.
We would be outstanding pay every month on time tenants for you as we were before our credit took a hard hit.
We hope that some how we will here from an owner or Apartment Management that will accept us.
