I am a single mother looking for a long term, 2/3 bedroom place for myself and my 3 year old. I have a Section 8 choice voucher so must be willing to accept that. Preferably in the CdA/Hayden area. Would like to stay under $1,500. We have my son's emotional support cat. She is indoor/outdoor. W/D hookups are a must.
My credit isn't great but there's nothing big as far as evictions, repos, or credit cards. I have good rental history (have never been late on rent). I have excellent work history for the last 17 years.
