I'm looking for a place that would be ok with dogs.
Now that being said...
I would only be using the place for sleeping basically. I have a place an hour outside town, but I'm in Spokane 2days then off 1. So driving back and forth has been a hassle pretty much. I can place a large deposit if you are worried about the dogs etc, but I assure you they will be in their crates the whole time at home. They don't bark unless bothered and maybe here and there, if they hear someone outside close by.
Will add, I can help with property care, etc, if that's an option, just throwing that out there.
Only 1 person, I won't have any visitors, and I keep very well to myself. If the MIL isnt an option, I may consider a ground floor situation as well. I wouldn't need access to a bathroom or any other part of the house if this option occurs. Again, I would only be there to sleep, as it's more about location for me.
I will pass any background check etc, you may want have taken.
