I’m relocating to Spokane and am looking for a furnished studio, apartment, or guest housing beginning around May 3rd for approximately 2–3 months while I get settled in the city.

Preferred areas:

• Kendall Yards
• Peaceful Valley
• Browne’s Addition
• Downtown Spokane

Anywhere walkable near the Spokane River is ideal.

• Full-time remote professional
• Quiet, responsible, non-smoker
• No pets
• Clean and respectful tenant

Ideal setup:

• Private studio, apartment, or guest house

Budget:

$950–$1,450 depending on location and setup
