I am looking for a studio or large room for rent. I prefer something close to the bus line, must allow cats. I do not smoke, drink and definitely do not do drugs. I do not have a criminal record either. I do have good references and grew up in spokane my whole life.
I am extremely clean, quiet and I stay to myself. I have a stable income however I can not afford more than $700 a month. I am working with all available resources the county has and I can not find an affordable place any where.
Please someone help me, as I am looking to keep what ever place that is offered longterm.
