Your take home meat will be around 200lbs consisting of primarily ground beef with a rib roast and 2" Filet Mignon steaks (maybe a few more options) No guessing the cost based on hanging weight. Approximately 200 lbs of beef going home for $1400. We are butchering a 6 year old Highland cow that has been on grain for 3 months. She hasn't calved in 2 years and is at a good age for harvest.
Meat will be available for pickup in Mid December. You can choose the size of packaging for the ground beef. $400 deposit holds the meat until pickup. Free delivery available to Spokane area or within 100 miles of Chewelah, WA.
