Mobile dimension model 12 sawmill. This has been a great mill, never had any issues, I don't want to get rid of it but I upgraded to an electric mobile dimension hydrostat mill and don't need 2. This model 12 has the upgraded electric raise and lower on the carriage truss, has 6' end stands as well as mounted on a trailer with an easy to clean metal deck and stabilizer jacks. It is capable of sawing 4.25"x12.25" and anything in between. I put new push rod tubes in the motor and adjusted the valves this spring and it all works great and is ready to mill your logs. I have owned this mill for a number of years and made lots of lumber for my own home and many other projects. These mills are great for hobby sawing as well as full production. Look up mobile dimension online and you will see what they are capable of. I will never own another brand of mill. The owners of Mobile dimension are in full production in Oregon and you can get any part you may ever need, and they are great to deal with. Not many of these used mills come up for sale, and when they do they are gone, so act fast. I'm moving the mill to a different spot in my yard to set up my newer one, but have no problem firing it up for you to make sure everything works. Call with any questions or offers, thanks. Brad
