For U Fitness is a full service fitness company serving the Spokane area. For a limited time we are offering new clients a two session special price of $50 ($25/session)!. At For U Fitness we believe in designing workouts to meet the specific needs of the client (strength training, weight loss, mobility, general fitness, sports performance, job performance & mature adult training). We will be with you every step of the way and will help you achieve your fitness goals (and hopefully have a good time doing it!) through appropriate program design & implementation, nutrition advice & positive motivation. We can either come to your residence, apartment complex gym, business fitness facility or or meet at another site (a park when the weather permits would be a option) for your workouts. Our trainers will provide all the equipment needed for your workout. Your trainer will also check in with you on a regular basis in between workouts to keep you motivated and offer advice and tips. Let me start off by saying that I am pretty lazy even though I'm a single, working mom of 2 kids in school. I look for excuses not to work out so I thought it was time for a change. I found Sara back in the beginning of July and see her twice a week. I love how she makes it convenient for me by coming to my area and working out at the park next to my house. If the weather is bad, we can always workout in my garage or via Zoom on the computer. She keeps our workouts tailored to what I want to focus on. Sara makes a variety of workout plans and sometimes leaves it up to me what I want to focus on that day.
