Job Title: Construction Site Laborer (Willing to Train)

Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Construction Site Laborer to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on construction labor, material handling, and the application of specialized protective treatments to building materials.
No prior experience? No problem. While a background in labor is a plus, we are entirely willing to train the right person who possesses a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. You will play a key role in protecting structural spaces and restoring living spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Microbial Spray Application: Learn to safely and thoroughly apply specialized antimicrobial protective sprays and coatings to framing, lumber, subfloors, and other construction materials (we will train you on equipment and safety protocols).
General Construction Labor: Assist with manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting, moving lumber, and utilizing basic hand and power tools.
Equipment & Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment across the job site.
Site Clean-Up: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by clearing construction debris, managing materials, and properly cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: None required—comprehensive on-the-job training is provided! Prior experience in construction labor, remodeling, or restoration is a plus, but not necessary.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Safety & Teachability: A strong willingness to learn, follow specific instructions.
Reliability: Must have dependable transportation, a strong work ethic, and a track record of punctuality.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow protocols carefully to ensure even, thorough coverage of protective sprays.
