We are seeking motivated and dependable General Construction Laborers to join our team. No experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right candidates. This position involves a variety of construction site support duties, including cleaning, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Responsibilities
Construction site cleanup and debris removal
Moving, loading, and unloading construction materials
Assisting crew members with general labor tasks
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operating basic hand tools and equipment as directed
Following all company safety policies and procedures
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license required
No construction experience necessary
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (75+lbs)
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be comfortable with fluctuating work hours based on project needs
Schedule
Hours vary depending on workload and project schedules
Flexible availability preferred
