Iron Cross Builders is looking for experienced **licensed, bonded, and insured rain gutter subcontractors** for current and future residential gutter installation projects.
**Service areas include:**
Spokane, Spokane Valley, Mead, Pullman, Moscow, Coeur d’Alene, Lewiston, Clarkston, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for reliable subcontractors who can professionally install gutters and downspouts, communicate clearly, and complete clean work without needing to be micromanaged.
**Work may include:**
* Seamless aluminum gutter installation
* Rain gutter replacement
* Downspout installation
* Gutter removal and haul-off
* Proper gutter slope and drainage layout
* Outlet and downspout placement
* Basic fascia condition reporting
* Jobsite cleanup
* Before-and-after photos
**Requirements:**
* Must be licensed, bonded, and insured
* Must have residential rain gutter installation experience
* Must have your own tools, ladders, transportation, and equipment
* Must be able to install clean, professional gutter systems
* Must understand proper slope, drainage, outlets, corners, miters, end caps, and downspout placement
* Must be able to communicate professionally and send clear job photos
* Must be reliable and show up when scheduled
