Iron Cross Builders is looking to connect with experienced roofing subcontractors for upcoming residential roofing projects in Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
We are looking for reliable crews that take pride in clean workmanship, good communication, and professional jobsite standards.
**Service areas may include:**
Spokane, Spokane Valley, Mead, Pullman, Moscow, Coeur d’Alene, Lewiston, Clarkston, and surrounding areas.
**Requirements:**
* Must be licensed, bonded, and insured
* Minimum 3 years of roofing installation experience
* Must have experience with asphalt shingle roof replacements
* Must be familiar with GAF roofing products and standard installation practices
* Must understand proper flashing installation, including chimney flashing, wall flashing, step flashing, pipe boots, skylights, and roof penetrations
* Must understand roof ventilation systems, including ridge vent, box vents, plumbing vents, and gas/B-vent roof penetrations
* Must be able to identify bad decking, improper flashing, leak risks, and problem areas during tear-off
* Must be able to send clear jobsite photos and communicate progress professionally
* Must have own tools, transportation, ladders, safety equipment, and crew
* Must keep a clean jobsite and protect the customer’s property
