We are currently looking for experienced demolition staff with hands-on experience preparing structures for remodeling, additions, and structural repairs. This is not a “learn as you go” position. Applicants must already have solid field experience and understand the demands of structural demolition and remodeling work.
Candidates must be able to:
Read and understand basic architectural and structural drawings
Problem solve in the field
Think outside the box when dealing with selective demolition and structural modifications
Work alongside framers, subcontractors, engineers, and architects
Properly prepare structures for remodeling and structural repairs
Our projects often involve custom structural solutions and remodeling challenges that go far beyond simply swinging a sledgehammer. Experience using power tools, demolition equipment, temporary shoring, and structural support systems is required.
Preferred experience includes:
Structural demolition
Additions and remodels
Beam and wall replacements
Temporary shoring
Structural modifications
Working around occupied or existing structures
Coordinating with framers and subcontractors
