Atlas Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a large distribution center in Post Falls, ID. These are full time, temp to hire opportunities with steady weekday schedules, hands on training, and room to grow into more advanced warehouse roles.
Role Purpose
Warehouse Associates help keep product moving accurately, safely, and efficiently through the warehouse. Depending on the role, team members may support repack, receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping, or equipment operation.

Responsibilities
Receive, unload, sort, and move inbound freight throughout the warehouse
Repack product accurately and prepare items for the next step in the distribution process
Use scanners, labels, and warehouse systems to verify product, locations, and quantities
Stock inventory in assigned warehouse areas while following safety and accuracy standards
Pick, pack, stage, wrap, and prepare orders for outbound shipment
Build and organize pallets to support safe handling, loading, and delivery
Maintain quality, accuracy, and production standards throughout the shift
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for the team
Operate warehouse equipment when assigned and trained, including pallet riders, forklifts, and reach trucks
Follow all safety procedures while working around product, equipment, and active warehouse traffic
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, distribution, production, stocking, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 to 75 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Dependable attendance and a safety minded approach to the work
Comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment
Team oriented, flexible, and open to being assigned where the operation needs support
For equipment operator openings, prior equipment experience is strongly preferred
For the 8:00 AM equipment operator opening, candidates must be comfortable operating a reach truck and must not be afraid of heights
Pay
$18.75 per hour

Full time, temp to hire opportunity
Available Shifts
Repack: 5:00 AM start time, 5 openings available
Receiving: 3:00 AM start time, 4 openings available
Equipment Operator: 5:00 AM start time, 2 openings available
Equipment Operator: 8:00 AM start time, 1 opening available, likely reach truck focused and must be comfortable with heights
Monday through Friday schedules
