We are expanding this role to include professional snow removal and ice management. Experience operating a company truck with a plow and a professional push blower is required. Our goal is to find a specialist with a dual background in landscaping and winter services so we can provide permanent, year-round employment.

--> Driving Record: Must possess a clean driving record.
--> Dependability: Punctuality and reliable attendance are vital to this founding role.

Grooming: All staff must be cleanly shaven or maintain a neatly trimmed beard (under 1 inch).
Presentation: All tattoos must be covered while on duty. Company-branded uniforms are provided and must be kept clean.
Site Conduct: We maintain a quiet, professional environment for our clients. This means no smoking, no swearing, and no loud music on any property. (A single earbud for personal audio is acceptable).
Responsibilities
--> Precision Maintenance: High-detail mowing, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
--> Winter Services: Execute professional snow plowing and push blower operations to ensure client safety.
--> Technical Expertise: Sprinkler repair and lawn health programs (fertilization and weed control).
--> Equipment Stewardship: Responsible for the daily maintenance of brand-new, pro-grade equipment (Ford F-250, 16-foot Enclosed Trailer, Toro Grandstand 60-inch, etc.).
