Experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician / Join the Clean Guard LLC Team
Clean Guard LLC is seeking an experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team. We specialize in residential property maintenance, unit turns, repairs, and remodeling projects throughout the Spokane area. This is a full-time, year-round position for a dependable individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working independently while contributing to a strong team environment.
The position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and starts at $26 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of residential maintenance and remodeling tasks. Daily duties may include gutter and roof cleaning, appliance removal and installation, cabinet and countertop installation, LVP flooring installation, interior and exterior painting, drywall and sheetrock repairs, general residential maintenance, full unit turns, and remodeling projects. You will work to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential repairs and maintenance, can work independently with minimal supervision, and consistently produces high-quality work. Strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, be able to pass a background check, and be physically capable of performing the demands of the job, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions.
