The Landscape Maintenance Laborer reports to their assigned Foreman and is responsible for various landscape tasks. You are responsible for completing these tasks within the parameters given in a timely and efficient manner.
Basic / Essential Functions:
• Able to work in an environment that requires the use of physical labor
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lb.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to use various hand tools required for the position hired.
• Understands project requirements and goals explained by the Foreman.
• Perform duties assigned by the Foreman effectively and efficiently.
• Is dependable and responsible.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Utilize (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment.
• Communicates well with crew members, Foreman and management.
• Reports for work on time and ready.
• Follows direction from their Foreman, manager or ownership.
• Strives to improve their own skills within the industry.
