Technicians travel throughout our service territory, diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and work directly with customers to ensure their facilities operate at peak performance.

Duties
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Install new car wash equipment and assist with system upgrades and retrofits.
• Respond to service calls and provide timely repairs to minimize customer downtime.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and equipment status to customers and management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Travel throughout Montana, Idaho, and Eastern Washington to service customer locations.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
• Mechanical experience required; industry-specific training will be provided.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Position requires overnight travel during the work week; technicians are typically home on weekends.
• Must be comfortable working independently while traveling and representing the company professionally at customer locations.
• Ability to use laptops, tablets, and service management software to troubleshoot equipment, document repairs, complete work orders, and record time sheets.
