Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Spokane team in a dual role that combines facility maintenance with warehouse operations. This position is vital to ensuring our store remains clean and organized for our customers while supporting the daily flow of inventory.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in a well-kept workspace and thrives in a physically active environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance (2 hours/day): Perform daily cleaning tasks to keep the store and warehouse in professional condition. This includes sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general janitorial upkeep.
Loading & Unloading: Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles and safely unload incoming freight from delivery trucks.
Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized warehouse floor, assist with inventory placement, and ensure aisles are clear and safe.
Team Support: Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to complete daily tasks and support store-wide maintenance projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
Dependability: A strong track record of being punctual and reliable is a must.
Attitude: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on providing helpful service to our customers.
Forklift Experience: Knowledge of forklift operation is a significant plus (please highlight this in your application).
Communication: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a small, fast-paced team.
