Warehouse Worker/ Delivery Driver
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Unload incoming deliveries, inspect shipments for damage, and verify against shipping documents
- Move, sort, stack and shelve as appropriate
- Accurately count inventory regularly
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipments
- Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks and all other warehouse equipment
- Align with all safety requirements and guidelines
- Safely operate a commercial box truck
- Load, unload and secure items in the vehicle
- Provide professional and polite service at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicle to maintain clean and safe working conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time
- Able to lift regularly lift 50 lbs alone, occasionally heavier than 50 lbs and team lift as needed
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills
- Experience with warehouse equipment operation
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 5 years
- Able to schedule and plan deliveries and third-party shipments
- Familiarity of DOT regulations and standards
- Able to pass DOT screening and drug testing
Starting wage of $19/hour
