Professional Spokane based wildland firefighting company is looking for Full / Part Time Seasonal Wildland Engine Boss's and Firefighters to work on brush fire engines for the 2026 season. We have been working for government and private agencies assisting with extinguishing forest and wildland fires and performing fuels mitigation since 1989. We offer a safe and stable work environment during the summer months. Getting the fire put out in a safe, professional, efficient manner is our goal. High potential for large quantities of Overtime.
If you are at least 18 years of age (or will be 18 by July 1, 2026) have a HS diploma or GED and are looking for an exciting challenging job for this summer please send an e-mail in response to this ad along with resume'. We must receive a resume' or we will not respond. We give preference to people who have current red card (fire training) status but are willing to train you to FF2 level if you meet our criteria. We also offer training for existing firefighters to advance up the line. You must be able to pass the arduous pack test to qualify (3 mile walk 45 lb. pack in less than 45 min.) for firefighter.
You Must pass a Background Check and Drug Test. There will be Random Drug Testing throughout the summer. We are under Federal Contract so no cannabis during the summer please. Paid every two weeks.
Must have a current drivers license with a clean driving record. CDL is a plus!
