Experienced Painter Needed – Interior & Exterior Prep for Home Sale

Scope of work includes:
* Sanding, priming (if needed), and repainting our exterior deck banister
* Repainting sections of our exterior fence
* Interior touch up painting on stair banisters and trim
* Repainting portions of downstairs walls and other areas as needed
We had much of the interior professionally painted about 18 months ago, so we are looking for someone who can match existing work and produce a clean, high quality finish.
Requirements:
* Prior experience with both interior and exterior residential painting
* Able to properly prep surfaces, including sanding and patching where appropriate
* Provide your own tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayer if needed, sanding equipment, drop cloths, ladders, etc.)
* We will purchase and provide the paint and agreed upon materials
* Reliable, detail oriented, and able to leave the work area clean each day
* References required
* Please include photos of previous painting projects if available
We are requesting quotes for the project and are open to discussing hourly or project based pricing with the right person.
