Hi, I am needing two lights replaced on the exterior wall of a business in Downtown Spokane. It requires removing the light covers with a screw driver to replace the lights. A small latter is required, I have one if you don't have one. Its not electrical work by any means am just not very handy and it would take me for ever. Let me know what you charge and am looking to have this done today.
