We're currently under contract to purchase an empty/vacant home in the Spokane, WA 99207 area - we need a reliable local to help us gain access to the interior and snap some quick photos.
This is a straightforward, one-time task that should take about 30-45 minutes tops - $100 payment
- We can give you copies of our purchase agreement and contracts as proof of ownership and authorization right away.
- The house is completely vacant, so no worries about tenants or anything like that.
- You'll need to SAFELY ACCESS the interior as it is locked front and back (non-destructively, please—no damage to the property).
- Once inside, just take clear photos of each room and any notable features, then send them to us via email or text.
- Paid $100 upon completion and receipt of the photos.
We're ideally looking for someone in construction, contracting, locksmith, or a handyman with basic tools to handle entry if needed. If you're handy, local to the Spokane area, and available soon, this is an easy way to make some easy money.
