I'm looking for a motivated person in the Spokane area who wants to learn real estate investing and has the desire to one day be a business owner. If you are content to punch a clock until you retire, this isn't for you.
No experience needed. No license required. An ideal background would be in sales or marketing, retail, food service or anything where you deal with people on a regular basis.
You’ll be plugged into an investor community where active investors are closing real deals in today’s market.
You’ll learn:
- How deals actually work
- Multiple investing strategies (wholesale, rentals, flips, etc.)
- How to get started even if you don’t have money or experience
You’ll also have the opportunity to apply what you’re learning in real situations as you build your skills.
