with the main floor composed of Douglas Fir and Tamarack logs.
This cabin package also contains all the custom milled 2x6 lumber needed to frame a full upstairs.
This was designed and put together after we built our own three story log home from scratch .
using the logs on our own 20 acres, and the idea behind this was to give someone else
the same opportunity without having to do all the incredibly difficult and extremely time-consuming
labor of cutting down all the trees, limbing them
hauling them out of the woods, putting them on the sawmill and flattening them top and bottom, then hand peeling each one meticulously
All of these logs have been loaded onto a woodmizer sawmill
and then flattened on the top and bottom for uniformity to make building easier.
Also available are random 1x6, 1x8, and 1x10 pine boards for siding.
Custom milled beams, rafters, floor joists, window and door frames, stairs, support posts,
roof grid lumber, upstairs and main floor framing lumber is also part of the package
Doors, windows, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc are NOT included

I HAVE NO INFO regarding permits and no architectural drawings. I am not a licensed commercial builder or draftsman and do not deal with permits. I have done all the engineering to ensure structural integrity.
I have my own suggested floor plan (One ) and a scale drawing of it. The way you can be assured of what you’re getting is simply to come out and look at our 30 x 40 three story log home that I built prior to putting together these packages.
I am now retired and would prefer to get these sold now sooner rather than later, so the price has been REDUCED FROM $49,000.
