Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Priest River, ID
Timing: April 2026 – we are relocating and looking for 2 or 3 full time staff
Experience: Ideal candidate will have 5+ years in an industrial environment and is comfortable working with heavy equipment, hand tools, and CNC mills.
Organizational and communication skills are required, experience with MS Office, Word, and Excel are a must.
CAD design, CNC programming are a plus, but not required.
This position requires multi-tasking, and the ability to be able to problem solve both at a on the shop floor and at a computer. Experience with composite materials are a plus, but not required.
If you have fabrication skills and a background in carpentry, welding, farming, bike mechanics, or a job where you are not afraid to get dirty and problem solve, then we are interested in talking to you. We are in a fast moving, high tech, growth industry.
Experience is more important than education. We are interested in the right person for the role.
Compensation is based upon experience, $25-50/hour range; we offer medical, and dental insurance.
